Experienced manager Eugene is a hands-on manager who leads a cohesive, on-staff maintenance team that delivers outstanding customer service and professional workmanship.

Approachable, systematic and with clear communication skills, Eugene has more than 30 years’ building industry experience. He’s been a senior manager on a wide array of maintenance programmes and projects. Before joining Maintenance Works in 2016, he spent years as a plumbing and drainage manager providing facilities maintenance services.

Eugene is a registered plumber and gasfitter, a licensed certifying plumber, and is an authorised supervisor for our team and trainees.
